The appliance was giving 5d-F71 error code per customer and wouldnt do anything. I went into diagnostics, no error codes were stored, ran a diagnostics test, the basket was trying to spin but the wash plate was spinning freely. I tested the spin cycle manually, the basket is spinning on all 3 speeds but the wash plate would spin freely during the high speed at times and then grab again, the hub is bad and needs to be replaced. Ordered the hub and the wash plate, please reschedule when parts come in. ; ordrng 1 W10820039 (HUB) and 1 WPW10380698 (Wash plate)
