The customer said it just quit and wouldnt drain the water. F9E1 long drain, F8E6 water hazard,, cleared errors and looked underneath the appliance, I found one of the wires to the drain pump was broken. I made the repair with a butt connector. Plugged the appliance in and the drain pump activated and drained all the water, calibrated and performed a diagnostics, completed with no issues or error codes, the appliance is working properly.
