The customer said the appliance would work great for a couple of wash loads then it wouldnt work. He said looked underneath and made sure the wire wasnt broken again, it wasnt so he would tap on the pump and it would start working again. There were now codes stored, Its possible its not making a good connection with the butt connecter, installed a new one, calibrated and performed a quick wash diagnostic test, completed with no issues or error codes.
