Customer complaint of unit no longer spinning leaving close wet. Inspection of unit shows error code for speed fault. Further inspection shows Wash plate is free spinning from tub. Unable to separate wash plate from your case. Will need to replace wash plate basket gear case and several other components to resolve issue.
