Job Details:
Customer states washer not spinning correctly leaving close soaking wet. Inspection of unit shows error code for off-balance load. Manually testing in between agitate in spin results in agitator spinning freely while in spin cycle. Unable to remove agitator. Will need to replace gear case agitator actuator and cam as well as belt to resolve issue. Job will require to count for time labor.
