Customer states unit turned on by itself in the middle of the night splay lit up and drain pump started to run only way customer was able to get it to stop was unplugging unit. Previous visit we replaced several major components including the control. Running diagnostic on unit shows no error codes. Running unit through Service Test cycle and factory test cycle resulting unit completing with no issues. I didnt say unit to wash and waited for product to fill with water wash and then drain at that point I canceled The cycle. Issue resolved
