Customer states she is having to run A drain and spin cycle after washer is complete close or left soaking wet. Inspection of unit shows air code for lock failure as well as valve failure. Advise customer of what needed to be done in order to correct the issue and will be ordering cold water valve to resolve. Unit is out of warranty and customer was charged diagnostic fee of 129+ tax.
