The customer said it just stays on wash and wont complete the wash cycle. F8E1 long fill/no fill , cleared the error and tested the valve manually, no water coming out of the cold side. I closed the water valve to the cold water, I was unable to turn the hot water valve off due to it being broken. I removed the hose from the cold side and found trash or calcium buildup on the filter, used a shop vac to suck the trash out. Put the hose back in place and turned water valve back on, tested the valve, getting good water pressure on both sides. Calibrated and performed a different test, completed with no issues or errors, the appliance is working properly
