The customer said the appliance wasnt heating. I went into diagnostics, no error codes, activated both the bake and broil element, neither one was coming on. I reset the breaker and tested the elements again, both are coming on, preheated the oven to 350 degrees, used meter/thermocouple, the appliance is reaching temperature and heating properly
