The appliance starts making a loud noise after it runs for about 10 minutes or so. It isnt the rollers or idler pulley, everything is tight. Ive had this issue before and no matter what I did it didnt fix the issue. I was given a service pointer that suggests ordering a kit. I called tech line and spoke to Steve SR7735690962 to get the information. Service pointer W11378591A, part number W11401018. Ordered the kit and rescheduled the customer ; ordrng 1 W11401018 (Seal)
