The dw fills and then it just drains the water. Found F7E2, not on tech sheet, F9E4 light in the tub, cleared error codes and started a diagnostics test, it fills and then it drains the water and triggers F7E2 which isnt in the tech sheets. Removed the door panel and checked the connections, all connections are good, control board is functioning properly. I called tech line and waited 40 minutes, spoke with Adrian SR7735686620 and advised him what was happening and the error code it is triggering, he said it is a faulty motor and needs to be replaced, no ETA on the motor. The customer doesnt want to wait for the motor to come in, it is a brand new appliance, wants it replaced.
