Great Service
Dianna - Portland, TX
Our repair was to our ice maker.. We were given an appointment date and they let us know the day before approximately what time our repairman would be at the house. The next day John Lopez contacted us to let us know he was on the way. He was quick at determining the problem. He got our part ordered and when it came in we set up another time to fix our ice maker. John returned replaced the part and left. He was courteous, quick, efficient and didn't leave a mess.

John arrived on-time. He proactively reached out to Whirlpool after he diagnosed the microwave oven problem. Even though this is the second service call in less than 6 months, he was patient and empathetic with the manufacturing defect with the Whirlpool microwave. I wish Whirlpool engineers are as conscientious as John when they assembled the unit.

Machines still leaks and we are going into second week of waiting for repair. Scheduling is awful. Service was worse.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325FDAM04 Yellow and white 120v driver bored. Sr# 7729550221. According to tech line unit can take a few seconds to power on also theres no way to confirm if the driver board is bad if lights are working as intended during appointment. Only way to Confirm board is in not working order would be to take voltage while The lights are not working. Tech line also states one light pack can take out the other causing this issue but if both lights are working lights would not be the issue. Before leaving home tested refrigerator one more time lights did not respond. Testing component for 120 V no bolts were found. Tested out as bad driver board. Customer is aware of the cost of the component and will be declining any further service.
