"Inspected unit for to much ice, the ice does stop producing customer wanted to know if there was a possible way for the ice not to be so high, I did find the bin thermistor sticking up so I readjusted the bin thermistor to face down, I informed the customer that may help but if the unit isnt over making the ice then there is no parts to be replaced at this time, unit operation checks okay"

"Inspected unit for not working, found that the FIACA is in a different language, also tried starting the unit would not lock, ran diagnostic found error f0e7, tested resistance to the latch found no resistance when opening or closing the lid latch, diagnosed to need latch control and FIACA I did install the new capacitor pre sp, but still wouldnt come on; ordrng 1 W11567712 (Control) and 1 W11478524 (Fiaca) and 1 W11394572 (Latch), dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11395618 CAPACITOR"
