"Cut out old tub and rotor. Installed tub rotor and spin basket, when hooking everything back up found pressure hose nipple on outter tub was missing unable to hook up pressure hose. Have to reorder outer tub. W10381078. Tub shows factory back order ; ordrng 1 W10381078 (Outer tub)"

Tech was polite and always arrived on time. I believe that his diagnosis ability was limited to what his application on his I pad told him what to test. Should have tested everything so as not to take 4 trips to fix the issues. On the final repair he did do a thorough testing of all features.
