The customer said the appliance was making a loud noise and thought the vent wasnt working. I started the with a glass of water for 30 seconds, its making a loud noise but heating properly, sounds like the fan motor is locked up. Removed the mw with assistance and replaced the fan motor, put the cover back on and tested it before putting it back up. The blower is now coming on and working normal, put the mw back in place and tested again with a glass of water, the appliance is heating and working normal

The customer said it worked great for about 4 weeks from the previous visit but then the lid lock was acting up and not allowing a wash cycle. Found F5E1 lid switch fault-lid is up, F7E9 locked rotor. Tested the lid lock, working normal, tested agitation and spin cycle manually, working normal, rotor isnt locked up. I ran a diagnostics test, it completed with no issues or error codes. I went ahead and installed a new latch, its possible it may not be communicating with control periodically throughout the wash cycle causing the issue. Calibrated and performed a diagnostics test, completed with no issues or error codes, the lid lock and appliance are working normal

There was no helper for this job, I went to the location anyway. I cleared out the error codes from previous. Cleaned out the weep holes in the bellow, ran a quick was diagnostics, the drain pump is activating but taking too long to drain. I was able to drain all the water out and got F9E1 error code, I was able to pull out the stackable unit to remove back panel. Removed the filter from the drain pump and found it completely clogged up with lint and dog hair, removed it all and cleaned it out it out with water. The customer didnt want to replace the drain pump, I put the filter back in place, put back panel back in place, pushed the stackable unit back in place and ran a quick wash diagnostics test again, completed with no issues or error codes, the water is draining properly and the appliance is working normal

Installed new suspension, calibrated and performed a diagnostics test, completed with no issues or error codes codes. Tested the spin cycle manually, its getting up to speed and no longer has a violent spin cycle, the appliance is working normal

The wash cycle wont complete. F8E1 long fill/no fill, cleared error code, tested the inlet valve, not receiving cold water. I found the cold water hose was pinched, corrected the problem, calibrated and performed a diagnostics test, completed with no issues or error codes, the appliance is working normal
