WASHER MAYTAG MVWC565FW1 Customer complaint of still hearing clicking noise. Inspection of unit shows no error codes calibrated unit rent verification cycle all functions work as designed. Manual testing of lid lock shows working 100% of the time. Just standing to observe unit shows no abnormal noises. Issue resolved

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB865GW0 Customer called and left a voicemail stating she forgot that no one would be home in time for the appointments but would like me to reschedule her for later in the afternoon. Tried to call back customer no answer left a voicemail stating that I would prescreen several parts and reschedule her for next Thursday because coming back to her later in the afternoon is not an option customer is in the middle of nowhere. Make Jobbie to count for distance traveled; ordrng 1 W10758828 (valve) and 1 W10849297 (harns-wire) and 1 W11114420 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11114670 (console)
