"Inspected unit for not cooling, checked EVAP, found full frost pattern, I feel no air flow going through the tower in refrigerator, the damper is not opening, diagnosed to need damper W11087463 ($100.47) ($98.75) and sc ($109.00) customer only paid sc ($119.22) using card ending in 6053, customer is going to call where the got the unit to see if they cant cover it for them, they dont want to move forward at this time"
