Ezekiel diagnosed the problem of no water or ice pretty quickly. He couldn't fix it at the first visit as he had to get approval for the parts needed. He returned as he said he would and was able to fix the problem, but but around 3 to 5 days later the ice machine quit working again.

Nice guys, but the repairs they made did not solve the issues. Waited two weeks for appointment, now I have the recall scheduled for two more weeks. Brand new appliance so I shouldn’t have to wait a month to get it repaired.

Polite and quick. Not happy with the installation though. It sets crooked in the counter Top and is not secured to it either with the safety hardware supplies. It set 3/8 of an inch off from right to left. He advised it's position is something he feels whirlpool has to pay for.

The technician that Appliance Care sent, Thomas, was very considerate and helpful. After he completed the repair on my washing machine, I asked if his company also repairs ice makers. He took a quick look at ours and realized it just needed to be defrosted. Will investigating the issue, he quickly tightened the freezer handle which had been loose due to over use by my kids. overall process was difficult and frustrating. took 4 appointments and three visits by a tech to fix the display panel of a new wall oven. should not have taken weeks. also tech would not pull out microwave above the oven to reach the electric outlet. had to geg builder to remove it. then at final repair tech first said he would not put microwave oven back in the wall, but then he did. I hope to never need services again .

Justin was very personable and professional. I liked him. Good man. He replaced the heating element and its circuit breaker. He tested the dryer and left thinking that my dryer was fixed. It wasn’t. Within a couple of hours of Justin’s departure I washed a medium load of laundry and put it into the dryer and left home to run a couple of errands. When I returned I found that the laundry was still very damp and stone cold. The dryer wasn’t heating up. The repair effort was a failure. It still wasn’t working. I called Maytag and they’re sending another tech from your company in a couple days to try again.

I honestly don’t like the way Doug handled our repair. He saw a roach(bug) on my counter and had a fit about it. He also wouldn’t touch the stove at all when he came the second time he let the other gentleman do all the work. I just think in a appliance business you are going to see bugs but doesn’t mean you should act like that it’s not very professional. The other gentleman was very friendly and sweet.

He came and he was very nice but he did not stay for a cycle. He told me the dishwasher was fine. He left and I ran a cycle and dishes are dirty and soap pod is still in bottom of washer where he told me to put it and not fully dissolved. It just seems to spray the soap pod all over the dishes! The dishes are dirty as if I haven’t even run it still with food and coffee stains! It is not working correctly at all. The service man was fine and tried to be helpful. The product is the problem! I spent a lot of hard earned money for what I thought was the best product on the market and am extremely disappointed! From the very first time I tried to run it the dishes were dirty! Help!!!! There is some problem and no one is finding it! Meantime I keep hand washing my dishes with a thousand dollar Kitchen aid in my kitchen.

Jesse was courteous, prepared to do his job and respectful enough to offer an apology for not being able to diagnose the issue with my appliance which was not his fault. The oven is missing the plate showing the serial and model numbers. Jesse offered ideas on how to obtain the numbers from the company I purchased the oven from. I was able to get the information, called to provide information to ApplianceCare all within 30 minutes of Jesse’s arrival. My only disappointment was that Jesse could not return to complete the diagnosis and or repairs on the same day.

two service calls and still not working

Whirlpool should have sent a new washer after first call. This unit came with my new home and didn’t work from beginning. So far two service calls and don’t know how many parts they ordered but none worked. I think this machine is a lemon and should be replaced. Can’t wash my clothes to this day. Service people should have had it running at first call or recommend a replacement. Can’t say I’m satisfied with service or product.

Service man came on time and went to work quickly; he finished to job in a timely manner. We did a quick test to see if the new control panel worked properly which it did this time. I still have my doubts that the oven will continue to work over time. Past experience indicates that after time the broiler function will cease to work. I have had other brand ovens go out and the relay board would need to be replaced. I changed to Kitchen Aid and the broiler function quit working even though it had never been used. The fact that the broiler quit working was not the fault of the Appliance Care, we know that we just want to document that we think in the future the issue will reoccur. The manufacturer of the control board should fix the problem.

We have had issues with this microwave since we bought it. We are still having problems. A new part was put in yesterday, last night we tried to use the microwave and it did the same thing again. Now I’m being told I have to pay for the part. Whatever the problem is, it still has not been diagnosed correctly. Something needs to be done, and done correctly.

MICROWAVE OVEN WHIRLPOOL RMC305PVS01 Spoke with DH and Adrian from Whirlpool Tech Line to determine the the approach h to this situation. Our customer has been having to run the unit 3 to 4 times to get it to heat. The first heat test I ran revealed cold. I scrolled through the power settings from 10 to 1 back to 10 and ran multiple tests again. I ran 12 ounces of water on power level 10 for 2:30 minutes and received a temperature rise of 100 degrees F. I ran 12 ounces of water at 1 minute on level 10 and had a rise of 46 degrees F. This unit looks fine with a reset of power levels. Im going to call our customer later in the day to find out how it is cooking. Reminded our customer of 90 day guarantee with Service Fee. If the problem returns we need to arrive with a transformer WP4375286 and try and replicate a cold cook with a Voltage drop. Labor would be Tier 2 . I overcharged our customer accidentally on the service fee. I contacted SM and our customer will be reimbursed on Monday.
