"Ran diagnostics and received E5 F0 error code off balance load in machine. There is a squeaking on the machine. On initial Home Depot installation, the installer forgot to remove the shipping plugs. Home Depot came back out to balance the machine. I checked the leveling of the machine and it is balanced. The floor is even, balance, on a first floor concrete foundation, 12 inch tiles. Called Tech-Line and spoke with Kathy. There really was not much she could tell me except to identify where the squeak was coming from. My initial instinct was from the right panel. I called SG he pretty much told me the same thing but did suggest I check the springs. I took off the rear and top panel to make my best estimate. I believe it is coming from a combination of the right panel and the base on top of the pedestal. I decided we will need to change out the left and right panel, the base and the pedestal.
