"Customer states that cycles are not completing. Only cycle that completes is Casual Regular. Others start changing, then move back to wash. Customer is extremely unhappy that after numerous calls, the machine is not fixed. Place machine into diagnostic mode and pull codes: F2E1 (stuck key), and F8E1 (long fill, which is due to the well). Setup cycle, put clothes in (small load), and run in Normal Regular mode deep water wash water level. When water level did not increase when I changed to warm water, pulled lid lock tab off door and looked. Water trickling out of valve. Added 4 gallons of water to washer to expedite running cycle. Wash finally works after adding 2 more gallons of water. Cycle is not moving from wash, have been sitting for 25 minutes. Tried to contact TechLine, but they are in training until after 4pm. Bad valve (W11210459) needs replacement. Please reschedule when parts arrive. Possible board malfunction, but wish to talk to TechLine before replacing.; rqstng P&A on 1 W11210459 (Valve, water)"

"Customer states that dishwasher door is not closing properly. Remove lower guard, reconfigure, and test. Door opens good and quiet. No parts, no further action needed."

Unplug, and reset system., condenser fan came on. Still no evaporator fan. Replace evaporator fan. Customer agrees to the repair.
