It appears there were switch issue however given the reports by customer I believe replacing control is best. ; ordrng 1 W11384469 (Rocker switch) and 1 W11396033 (Rocker switch)

I wish to express my thanks to Jim for his prompt and courteous service as he analyzed the problem with my oven. He arrived during a crisis for my family. He was kind and considerate-- working quickly so that I could return to my Husband in the Hospital, assuring me that the company would follow-up if the issue with my oven was not resolved.
