The customer said its heating but making a loud noise. I turned the appliance on, opened the door and push on the switch, started it, the drum is turning, sounds like something inside the blower wheel. I removed the back panel and chute, found hard wax caught up in the blower wheel, someone accidentally put softener pellets that melted causing the issue. Cleaned it out and put everything back in place, the dryer is heating and working normal, no longer making the noise.
