Upon arr iso customer stated units freezer door had a dent. Verified issue. Replaced faulty freezer door with new. Tested unit and unit functions ass designed. No further issues at this point.

Upon arrival customer stated units arm fell off. Noticed that tech 17 was out here in 8/1/22 and replaced the heating element but failed to replace the bottom arm sprayer assembly back in place. Replaced sprayer arm and tested unit. Unit functions as designed. No further issues at this point.

Checked dryer, issue is getting no response from unit. Checked voltage at outlet. 0v found. Checked breaker and it was tripped. Installed tie wire on harness to secure properly. Showed customer location of 240v breakers to prevent issue in the future and also recommended replacing fuse on breaker if issue continues to arise.; used 1 WP8567668 (Tie-wire) from stock
