Customer reported basket not turning at all. Upon arrival called Samsung tech support. After multiple tests found 3E error code which tech support says is either a bad inverter or motor. Ordering motor and inverter. Customer reported no cool in unit at all. Upon arrival found that when plugged in it sounded like the compressor would barley kick on. Replaced start device but it made no change. Plugged in unit and waited to see if evaporator got any kind of frost pattern. Waited about 15 minutes and evaporator never got any kind of frost pattern at all. Looks like a sealed system issue. Ordering compressor kit and evaporator just in case. Customer reported unit not cooling at all. Customer stated that a Samsung tech had already came out and said that the compressor was bad. Customer stated she had moved and she thinks thats why we were sent out. Plugged in unit and found that the compressor would kick on but that the unit would never cool at all. Evaporator never got any frost pattern or coolness at all. Looks like a sealed system issue. I saw that compressor was covered for 10 years through Samsung.
