The top ice maker isnt making ice. E2 error code in the ice maker, bad thermostat, ice maker needs to be replaced. This is the fourth time coming out on this appliance for an ice maker issue. Ordered the ice maker and rescheduled the customer for next available day ; ordrng 1 W11232541 (Ice maker)

Customer states that icemaker in freezer not working. Install new icemaker. While installing bottom plate, broke screw into new icemaker. Screw is not affecting performance. Test by cycling icemaker. Working as designed.

Making very little ice per customer. Tested the ice maker, its rotating and calling for water, possibly working intermittently, at this time its working normal, didnt install the ice maker the one in my bin was for the one on top.
