Our customer is experiencing a crackling sound during preheat of the the oven. F6E4 UI control state status from 2017. I was able to replicate the crackling noise in component activation on. I uninstalled the oven from the cabinet and removed the back panel. I replaced the blower fan, reassembled and reinstalled. Tested unit in component activation. The fan is no longer cracking. This unit is fully functional now.

Previous visit discovered faulty heater and vent assembly. Replaced heater & vent assembly to resolve issues. Unit tested good. No further issues at this time.

Customer stated unit wouldnt stop making ice. Found cause to be bin thermistor. Installed new bin thermistor & returned unit to operation. Unit tested good. No further issues at this time.

Client stated that operation of the unit caused intermittent tripping of associated breaker. Tested voltage, polarity, amp draw, and outlet and discovered no electrical issues. Noted white spot on heating element & and decided to order vent assembly in consideration of known issues.
