Our customer is experiencing a crackling sound during preheat of the the oven. F6E4 UI control state status from 2017. I was able to replicate the crackling noise in component activation on. I uninstalled the oven from the cabinet and removed the back panel. I replaced the blower fan, reassembled and reinstalled. Tested unit in component activation. The fan is no longer cracking.
