Advised customer of sc prior to entering home. Customer stated the builder said it was under warranty. Showed customer the entitlement page showing warranty expired in January 2022. Customer heard back from builder stating to pay sc and will get reimbursed. Customer stated inspector said front left burner only operates on high. Tested unit and found unit in proper working order. No further issues at this point. "Last trip had same issue after replacing main control, expansion board, and both oven valves. Believed issue to be with dsi board. Replaced DSI board and same issue persists. Unit 30 oven starts up and heats briefly and then shuts down. Contacting techline, spoke with Travis, explained everything done to this point. Had me test a few points. Discovered not enough voltage supplied to dsi board. He stated to replace main harness. Sr 7732279655. Ordering main harness to resolve. Part psp ; ordrng 1 W11200305 (Main harness)"

Shawn would not install the part he had us order. He refused to do it and walked out. His boss was no help at all.

This was the second time Shawn has come out for repairs on different appliances. He was thorough and friendly and I appreciated his knowledge about the equipment. He explained how to properly use and care for my equipment so there wouldnt be any further issues.
