Multiple attempts have been made to diagnose my microwave. This last attempt stated that the microwave was on a GFCI breaker and we should switch to non GFCI. When eletricians came out they confirmed that the breaker was non GFCI to begin with. I need a working microwave!

I wasn’t home for the recall installation but my gf was and I don’t appreciate being charged for a free service. I Then had to call to get that straightened out. I’m really hoping this was a misunderstanding and not some predatory practice to try to overcharge people. Other than that, as far as I can tell.. the repair was done well and have no complaints on the work
