Customer complaint of squealing noise as well as burn smell. Inspection feel it shows error code For shifter fault. Further inspection shows belt head partially slipped off of flywheel and burning smell customer was complaining about was motor burning some of the belt. Replaced cam and belt calibrated unit ran verification cycle issue resolved. Well have to call safety team for documentation. According to customer and information provided on receipt customer should have an additional five years warranty on the product. Unfortunately because work was dispatched without proper information customer will have to have a work order resent with proper information in order to avoid service fees. That being said customer complaint of icemaker leaking. If and when customer does have a new dispatch or work order please order icemaker assembly part number.
