Upon arrival checked units harness through the control and verified that I had a OL on the yellow wire connected to the hood lamp. Uninstalled unit to replace the main harness. Replaced faulty harness with new. Reinstalled unit back into cavity. Tested unit and unit now functions as designed. No further issues at this point. Customer reported unit not drying properly. Upon arrival checked for error codes and found none. Tested unit in diagnostic mode and confirmed that the heating element is turning on as needed. Noticed that unit had filled with cold water and that rinse aid was empty. Let customer know for best wash/dry rinse aid must be full as well as to let water run until hot in the sink to ensure unit is getting filled with hot water. Added tie wire to drain hose under sink. Unit functioning as designed. Customer reported unit shaking excessively and making excessive noise. Upon arrival found bouncy suspension. Replaced suspension and suspension is now firm. Tested unit but the gearcase still made excessive/irregular noise. Looked like gearcase is leaking a little bit of oil as well. Ordering gearcase, rotar, clutch assembly, stator, and slider.
