When I tested the ice maker after completing the rotation and filling with water it was leaking from the right front corner causing ice to block up. The ice maker needs to be replaced. The customer said he was not going to except the metal shavings that are baked into the walls. I advised him theres nothing I can do about that but I can replace the parts that I came to replace. He said he was not going to accept that. The customers said its not spinning out all the water from the clothes and doesnt fill with very much water. F8E1 long fill/no fill, F2E1 stuck key error codes, cleared error codes. Tested the inlet valve, cold side doesnt have water pressure and the it continues to drip water into the tub. I spoke with Bruce SR7732996212, he said it is repairable, these parts do fail. He did say to make sure the relay on the control isnt stuck. The customer said the top oven broiler element blew when making toast. It made a loud pop and it wouldnt break, looked like a welding machines and he turned it off. It smoked up the kitchen and the inside of the cavity as well as the glass, also metal shavings all on the bottom. Since September 2 we have been dealing with this. 2 months!! We now have been told after all the visits and all the money that the 6 year old Kitchenaid ref is non repairable? We are senior citizens living on a fixed income who cannot afford this! If Kitchenaid cannot have this repa ired they need to provide us themselves with a brand new equal refrigerator. You are certified Kitchenaid Repair and they need to settle this as soon as possible to make both of us whole. Tried since 10 this morning to get a manager with no luck. V
