"Customer tried canceling the call, said icemaker is working just fine now, I did test temps while in defrost mode compressor is not on but freezer is showing 7 degrees and the refrigerator around 38-40 degrees, customer doesnt want us to do anything to the unit, unit is running as designed"

"Inspected unit for water tasting off, customer explained to me that they had water issues for a few weeks and the water was off, and after that their water tasted off, I filled one cup up from house supply and one cup with the refrigerator filter water, and sink, customer tried all 3 and they pointed out there was no strange taste, but the filter water was the best, (customer doesnt know which is which) then we filled the cup up with ice, even letting the ice melt no difference"
