The appliance is making a loud noise, the customer thinks its the ice maker. I tested the ice maker, its working north and not making any abnormal noises. The evaporator fan came on and you could hear a loud noise, sounds like its rubbing on something. I removed the back panel and found there was a chunk of ice on the top left of the fan scroll. There is no signs of water leaking that would cause the issue and the evaporator isnt freezing over, removed the ice and put panel back in place. Plugged the appliance in, the fan came on, no longer making the noise, the appliance is working normal

Inspected unit, tested unit for heating. Check temperature and tested bake cycle, bake cycle is slow to heat and not getting to temperature. Check unit for voltage, unit is reading proper voltage. Tested sensor, sensor is functioning normally. Ran test on broil, found broiler Slightly heating but does not get red hot. Finding show that unit is having a power draw issue, voltage drops when trying to heat unit. This is a home electrical issue drama unit should regain full function once issue is resolved.

The customer said the wash cycle wont advance. F5E1 lid switch fault, F8E1 long fill, cleared error codes and tested the lid lock and inlet valve manually, both are working normal, tested the drain pump, its not activating. I looked underneath and found the blue wire to the drain pump was broken. Made the repair by installing a 22-16 butt connector, tested the drain pump, its activating and working normal. Calibrated and performed a diagnostics test, completed with no issues or error codes, appliance is working normal. Per notes on the work order the customer is out of the country and will be invoiced.
