"I called and spoke with the customer, I was not able to with 3CX where I was. She stated that it should have been rescheduled April 2nd, advised it hadn’t been taken off of me. She said she went through JA, advised I would talk with one of our CSR to see if we have it rescheduled for that day, she said it’s already been taken of through JA. I was just trying to explain I was going to check to see if it was rescheduled with us, that it was possible it may be another company, she kept referring to the 800 number, she finally understood but didn’t like my tone there at the end after trying to explain several times. I should’ve said OK and ended the call, instead of trying to explain."
