The customer said the motor home is brand new, it stopped cooling and can hear it trying to start up. He turned the breaker on and the compressor tried to to start up, its locked up SP W11634348 and needs to be replaced, sealed system issue. He said he was going back to home to Louisiana Saturday, advised he would have to take care of it when he gets back, we dont have the compressor to make the repair today. He said he would call whirlpool

It isnt producing ice, i found a wire had busted on the cutting grid.I turned the appliance on and let it cycle to confirm it is making a sheet of ice. The appliance is getting to temperature and producing a sheet of ice but the water is spilling over the reservoir before the pump shuts off, seems it has a bad sensor the pump will need to be replaced also. Ordered parts and rescheduled the customer ; ordrng 1 W10919199 (Grid-cutter)
