Either due to miss understanding or miscommunication refrigerator door was never replaced on the unit. Customer has been in contact with the office and states She received a freezer door but not a refrigerator door. All that aside the fact remains refrigerator door still needs to be replaced and ordering one today. Customer states refrigerator constantly Tripping breaker causing unit to turn off. Spoke with tech line to troubleshoot issue because I know it has been a problem in the past with unit being plugged into GFI Breakers. After discussing the tech line the issue and a known history for this problem have decided to replace both heating element as well as harness and hopes to resolve issue.; ordrng 1 W11314499 (Harness) and 1 W11340898 (Heater) and 1 W10847853 (Switch)

Customer states unit is still leaking. Running unit through cycle for the first 10 minutes or so resulting water dripping off of frame rail underneath of unit. After uninstalling unit it was obvious damage to the tub and the top left back corner where the unit is partially dented and the weld has given way. Will need to replace tub to resolve issue. Job will require double count for time and labor as well as second technician; ordrng 1 W11120458 (Tub) and 1 W10919858 (Insulation) and 1 W11038694 (Insulation)
