The ice maker quit making ice. Tested the harvest cycle in diagnostics, the ice tray started the rotation and the motor stopped and wouldnt complete the rotation. Installed new ice maker and ran the test again, the same thing happened, removed the ice bin and pushed on the rocker switch, it feels broken and when I push and release it, the ice maker wants to start. The switch needs to be replaced, ordered part and rescheduled the customer ; ordrng 1 W11123943 (Switch)

Ran diagnostics mode F9E1 long drain, tested drain pump. Will not push water, Remove drain hose and tested again. Unit drains without being hooked up to home drainage. Looked into home drainage and sore the line was clogged up with mud. Issues with home drainage and not with unit.

While installing components found a new area where unit is leaking, will need to order and replace drain trap on side of unit as it is cracked and leaking.; ordrng 1 W11289893 (Water inlet Assembly)
