Customer reported excessive shaking when unit in spin. Upon arrival found no error codes. Tested unit and unit successfully completed diagnostic cycle without any excessive noise. Tested unit in drain and spin and unit did shake a tiny bit more excessively than normal in my opinion but might be normal. Checked suspension and suspension felt a bit more bouncier than it should. Adjusted feet but it made no difference. Let customer know Id replace suspension but that if it doesnt change functionality than that might be how the unit is designed. Ordering suspension. Will return with part to complete repairs. ; ordrng 1 W10780045 (Suspension)

Customer reported unit making a squealing noise every so often as if belt was loose. Upon arrival found no error codes. Found that belt was loose. Replaced belt which was now a lot tighter on wheel. Tested unit and unit successfully completed diagnostic cycle without any irregular noise or squealing. Customer should no longer have any squeaky belt noise. All components functioning as designed. Gearcase In good condition. Unit functioning as designed.

Customer reported unit making excessive noise. Upon arrival found unit with error code F0E7. Tested unit in diagnostic mode and unit functioned as designed without any excessive noise or shaking. Checked all components under unit and all parts functioning as they should without any damage. Ultimately found no issues with unit. Re balanced feet of unit and unit seemed to have spun a bit smoother. Unit functioning as designed. Added zip tie to drain hose tp prevent drain hose shaking. ; used 1 WP8567668 (Tie wire) from stock
