Sealed all the gaps and expanded the gasket on the right side of the freezer door. Opened and closed the door several times, the gasket is sealing properly.

The appliance has frost and ice build up in the FC. The temperatures are normal, the evaporator isnt freezing over, I found there were gaps where the molding/cabinet come together causing warm air to get in causing the issue, needs to be sealed up with food grade adhesive, ordered part and rescheduled the customer ; ordrng 1 WP482338 (Adhesive)

The customers said he had warranty. I advised him it wasnt dispatched through them. The issue hes talking about is where the exhaust comes out, its working as designed. He will call his warriors if needed

"The front panel had a dent on the bottom right and the drum was rubbing on the right side making a loud noise. This is a stackable unit. I had assistance bringing the dryer down, took the front panel of and took out the drum, I was able to knock out the side, put the appliance back together, the appliance is no longer rubbing and making the noise, put the appliance back in place with assistance. The front panel needs to be replaced, no ETA, please reschedule the customer when the part comes in;"
