Upon arrival replaced acu, cam, belt, and capacitor to resolve issue. Tested unit multiple times to verify everything was working correct. We had another company first try and fix our machine. They kept destroying circuit boards and not troubleshooting the problem. We asked for a different company to come out. Jesse was the tech assigned. I explained what had transpired up to this point. He listened and proceeded to troubles hoot the machine. Within a very short time he located the problem and ordered the part. A new repair time of one week was scheduled. The exact day scheduled, Jesse showed up installed the new part and tested the washing machine. All fixed. I was extremely happy with time frames, phone calls to update arrival, and of course the professionalism of the tech that
