"Inspected unit for freezer shelfs coming apart, found that the corner was not in properly, after readjusting the shelfs front to the upper corner, pulling the shelfs out now does not come off, informed customer if you pull on the bottom it will easily pop the front off because that is how they come apart, when they do come off to make sure that the two sides goes all the way in the corner so it can snap in, unit operation checks okay"
