Customer states unit will not wash denim/jean pants. Inspection of unit shows error code for basketry engagement failure as well as shifter fault. Running unit through diagnostic cycle results in all functions working accordingly. Customer did state however she does not have hot water running to the machine also water pressure for the home is extremely low. With that Available to me I did explain the issue with the unit requiring a certain amount of water in a certain amount of time in order for it to progress through cycle. Water running into the unit wasnt very strong but wasnt poor either mostly issue would probably present with load size. Advise customer to wash smaller loads on correct cycles and to change Temperature settings before proceeding. Issue resolved

Customer complaint of unit not washing or spinning. Inspections unit shows error code for Shifter fault also suspension looks to be in pretty bad condition ordering that as well. Order belts cam actuator and suspension to resolve issue; ordrng 1 W10006384 (belt) and 1 W10815026 (actuator) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W10821956 (suspension)

Inspected unit, ran diagnostics and pulled error code F24 overflow conditions. Attempted to run test cycle, unit stop at test C3 and would no longer respond. Had to disconnect to shut off. Will need to replace control and water level sensor to resolve issues. This job will require a helper as unit is in RV and stacked ; ordrng 1 W11334214 (Control) and 1 W10866069 (latch) and 1 W10597311 (switch-wl)

Customer states unit was leaking from door panel because rack was sliding against door not allowing it to shut properly. Replaced adjusters and slide stops tested unit issue resolved
