OVEN ELECTRIC (S WHIRLPOOL WOS51EC0HS01 Customer complaint was unit floor would get too hot during use and would burn his feet. Instructed customer that unit fan blowers the hot air from inside out through the bottom of unit. Called tech line twice they recommended checking to see if unit is 5 1/2 inches from floor. Unit is operating as designed.
