"Reference number 7733436023I installed the new UI with the old ACU, there was no operation. I left it installed for 3 minutes. I then installed the new ACU with the new UI. After going through the wifi setup process the new UI powered on and I was able to go into diagnostic and check for model and serial number transfer. The model and serial number didn't transfer over to the new ACU and UI. Bother old ACU and UI are unresponsive. I did this all per tech support and was told that the washer is not repairable at this point. Customer will contact aig warranty company to see what steps to take next."
