Upon arrival heard compressor whining once start device allowed unit to kick on. Checked amp draw and drew a huge amount of amp draw when the compressor did kick on and was receiving 6.65 amps. Need new compressor per service pointer W11634348. Ordering all parts associated with repair. Customer is unhappy and wants a new unit or refund, will contacting whirlpool. ; ordrng 1 W11370574 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10662129 (capacitor) and 1 W10174384 (clip) and 1 W11506619 (lok ring) and 1 W11504431 (Lok ring) and 1 W11504415 (Lok ring) and 1 W11504447 (Lok ring) and 1 W11504433 (Lok ring) and 1 W11109499 (drier-tube) and 2 W10843121 (filter dryer)s and 2 WPW10143759 (dryer)s

Upon arrival received error code f2e1 indicating ui button stuck. Ran diagnostics and all functions worked properly. Customer stated unit will not drain fully on all cycles except casuals. Ordering controls to resolve issues, acu is OOS ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10838672 (console) and 1 W11401712 (Acu)

Upon arrival customer stated the ice maker originally was the issue and froze up, but water line was working. He melted out the ice block and then then unit water line stopped working. Now the water line doesnt work and the ice maker makes ice intermittently. Ordering kit and filter housing assembly. Spoke with Samsung tech support and was told just to replace control since this unit is a 2019 it has everything else ; ordrng 1 DA82-02870A (Filter housing) and 1 DA94-04603A (PCB)
