"The customer said the washer was making a grinding noise when tits agitating, said it didnt do it this last time they washed. No error codes, tested the agitation and spin cycle manually, all sounds normal. I looked underneath and saw there was white powder on the shield and gearcase. Removed the shield and installed the cam assembly and belt from TS. Calibrated and performed a diagnostics test, completed with no issues or error codes, the appliance is working normal ; used 1 W11239857 (Belt), and 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"
