Found ice ball in freezer section right corner. Unit has sealed system problem. Heater works. Unit has leak or restricted system. Gave customer 599 + parts for what we may find. Customer decided to get new unit due to age of unit and cost to repair. Had paid service call in October. Did not charge this time.
