Upon arrival customer stated unit would take multiple cycles to dry. Moved unit and saw that the landlord had puttied the vent into the wall. Could not remove due to causing damage. Verified an airflow issue due to the lint being forced back into and unit and laundry room. Contacted the landlord to have the vent inspected and trap as well. The vent hose it puttied into the wall and I can not remove it. Unit is functioning as designed. No further issues at this point.
