Sr 7734588508 The pan to the drain is freezing over again no evidence of any frosting on the evaporator or the heater the evaporator is working as it should its just getting clogged at the drain pan the probe on the heater is fed correctly and when you steam it out you can drop water all the way through the tube made adjustments to evaporator pan as per Tech Line if the issue reoccurs we need to run a tube or some kind of line down the unit to see if its collapsed

Styrofoam inside of drain tube cleared out drain tube melted out ice make sure water was dripping all the way through unit testing good heter testing good as well

Upon arrival customer tossed a wet towel in unit and we ran a heavy duty cycle and started making a vibration/humming noise toward the end of the cycle. Replaced the drive assembly, and blower wheel. Ran in quick dry after parts were replaced, unit ran fine. No further issues at this point

Customer said not drying. Checked wall outlet and found plug sitting loose and vibration from dryer caused to come lose. Customer is going to call electrician for wall outlet
