Customer complaint of unit shaking during cycle. Inspection of unit shows no error codes also unit is nice and level. Calibrated machine ran verification cycle again no issues unit runs as designed with very little shake or vibration. Customer on the other hand states she doesnt separate her laundry and washes kind of everything together jeans towels and T-shirts along with socks and underwear in the same load. I did explain to customer that separating the load before washing And selecting the proper cycle is very important to proper washing as well as longevity of the unit. Customer instruct issue resolved
