Customer reported ice maker had made one batch of ice since last visit and stopped working after that first batch. Upon arrival tried jumping icemaker but could not get it to jump. Tried wiggling the wire harness next to the cabinet liner and ice maker started up, dumped a batch of ice, and re filled as it should. Tried harvesting multiple times after that and ice maker harvested correctly every time. Called tech line and explained the situation. Tech line said it sounds like a wire harness issue inside the liner and the unit would be deemed unrepairable. Pretty much the ice maker could stop working at any time due to the faulty harness inside liner. AIG will need to get with customer to find a solution. Customer says they will contact AIG if they dont hear anything within the next week or so Bruce SR #7732554173
