Customer stated unit not cooling. Unit was unplugged upon arrival. Plugged unit in and began cooling immediately upon testing. All cooling functionality testing good. Found issue to be caused by freezer door not sealing. On the left side sticking out almost 3/4 of an inch. That will cause it to not cool properly. Found caused due to rails misaligned. Verified that getting good frost pattern on Evap prior to reinstalling the rails and door. Aligned rails properly and reinstalled door. Freezer door now sealing. Checked unit again after almost 30 minutes of being plugged in and getting colder by the second. No further issues at this point.

Customer stated unit making banging noise during spin cycle. Found issue to be leveled too high in the front of the unit so tub was leaning towards the rear of unit. Adjusted level to proper level position to allow best performance of the unit. Also educated customer on proper loading of unit to prevent this from happening. Unit is functioning as designed. No further issues at this point
